Todd Juarez is a principal in Marcum’s International Tax Services department. He leverages more than 20 years of experience to provide tax consulting and compliance services to multinationals, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, and closely held businesses. Todd specializes in international tax issues including the structuring overseas investments, review of foreign information filings, foreign tax credit opportunities, cross border reorganizations, and more. He also trains, mentors, and supervises internal tax teams, researching emergent issues with tax implications and disseminating best practices to colleagues.

Prior to joining Marcum, Todd worked at a regional firm with offices throughout the Western and Central United States, and at a Big 4 accounting firm.
