Leading Edge Alliance Hosts Private Equity M&A Conference
CHICAGO — Leaders from around the world will come together at the 2013 M&A Conference for Private Equity Firms. Participating regional accounting firms rank among the top 100 U.S. firms, and Leading Edge Alliance (LEA) members service more than 370 private equity firms globally, with more than $32 billion in assets under management.
The purpose of this conference is to bring together industry professionals from around the world and showcase the depth of resources that are available to private equity firms.
National and local leaders will discuss outsourcing opportunities in Russia, former Soviet republics and Eastern Europe, and provide advice on how seller due diligence can make a difference in the investment banking and private equity experience. A panel is slated to discuss industry niches and what its members are seeing in deal activity.
A pre-conference private networking dinner will be held the evening of November 11th to connect with key attendees. Opportunities to network and socialize with other M&A members, Private Equity Firms and various business partners exist throughout the conference as well.
