Marcum LLP and Connecticut Technology Council Announce 2014 Marcum Tech Top 40 Winners; Datto, Inc. Named Connecticut’s Fastest Growing Technology Company for Second Year
Hartford, CT – Marcum LLP and the Connecticut Technology Council tonight announced the winners of the 2014 Marcum Tech Top 40, an annual awards program recognizing the fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut. Results were unveiled at a gala reception at the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford.
The overall 2014 winner is Norwalk-based Datto Incorporated, a provider of data backup and disaster recovery (BDR) and intelligent business continuity (IBC) solutions. This is the second consecutive overall win for Datto, which led this year’s finalists with revenue growth of 1,436 percent since 2010. Datto also won in the IT Services category.

The Marcum Tech Top 40, now in its 7th year, recognizes technology leaders with at least $3 million in annual revenue and a four-year record of growth, in six industry sectors. Both privately held and publicly traded companies are eligible.
