Marcum LLP’s David Bukzin Named to DealFlow Power 20
New York City, NY – David C. Bukzin of Marcum LLP has been named to the DealFlow Power 20, DealFlow Media’s new annual compilation of “the greatest influencers in the small cap market.” Mr. Bukzin is the Partner-in-Charge of the SEC and Transaction Services practice groups for Marcum, a top national accounting and advisory firm.

Mr. Bukzin has more than 20 years experience advising clients on complex deal structures, capital formation, strategic planning and alliance-building. He spearheaded the firm’s SEC practice and has represented over 100 companies in Reverse Merger, SPAC, APO and IPO transactions. He is a frequent speaker on matters pertinent to microcap and emerging growth companies and presents on numerous panels throughout the world. At the next DealFlow Conference, he will be moderating a panel on the current state of the Reverse Merger Market, among other topics.
Mr. Bukzin was the innovator behind the Marcum MicroCap Conference in June 2012, which drew more the 60 publicly traded companies with market capitalization of under $500 million and had more than 800 attendees including top fund managers and high net worth individuals.
