Marcum LLP Named Exclusive U.S. Member Firm of ECOVIS International
New York City, NY – Marcum LLP has been named the exclusive U.S. member firm of ECOVIS International, a global accounting and advisory network with members in 60 countries on six continents. Effective January 1, 2017, Marcum will represent the organization’s sole presence in the United States.
Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with administrative offices in Berlin, Germany, ECOVIS International includes firms representing 4500 partners and employees in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Australia, and North and South America. The rapidly expanding network provides tax, audit, accounting and legal services to international businesses dealing with cross border issues, family-owned enterprises, local branches of major corporations, government organizations and other entities.

This is the second recent development that expands Marcum’s global operations. On October 5, Marcum announced the opening of its first European office, a joint venture operating as Marcum RBK (Ireland) Limited. Based in Dublin, that office is a new service center for the Firm’s hedge fund and private equity fund clients in Europe.
Additionally, Marcum will continue its long association with the Leading Edge Alliance, of which it is a founding member.
