Jeffrey Winkleman CPA*/MST

As the Partner-in-Charge of Tax and Business Services for the Philadelphia office, Jeffrey S. Winkleman oversees the delivery of all aspects of tax planning and compliance services. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge complements his unique service style; he prides himself on being flexible and adapting to his clients’ needs. He attributes this ability as one of the major reasons for his success.

Mr. Winkleman is often engaged by clients needing representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. His highly intelligent approach to the negotiation process often leads to significant refunds or settlements.

Mr. Winkleman has more than 25 years of experience. He is often quoted in articles and frequently speaks on tax topics to attorneys, trade association members and clients. In addition, he is a member of the Firm’s National High Technology Industry group.

Prior to joining the Firm in 1988, Mr. Winkleman was with a large regional accounting firm. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years with a “Big 4” accounting firm.
