Dennis J. Schall joined the Firm in 1996 and is a Partner in its National Alternative Investment Industry group. He provides leadership to the Group’s New York City operations and assists with practice development, client service, strategic planning and the setting of policies and procedures. Mr. Schall specializes in hard-to-value investments for various funding entities.
Mr. Schall's experience also extends to the Firm's SEC and Transaction Services practice areas, performing due diligence, agreed upon procedures and other duties. He is frequently engaged by publicly-held companies to assist with financial reporting requirements.
Mr. Schall has more than 20 years experience beginning his career as a staff accountant in the travel industry before moving on to public accounting for two large regional firms in New York City.
