Gary Gross is the Partner-in-Charge of the Florida Region of Marcum LLP. Since joining Marcum in 1975, he has held many leadership positions including partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Tax and Business Services division and chairman of its Financial Services practice.
Mr. Gross has extensive experience in financial, estate and family planning, and has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals and family businesses to ensure the preservation of family wealth. He was one of the first CPAs in the country to be awarded the designation of Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Gross has been involved in complex domestic and international tax matters as well as real estate, trust and tax planning for businesses, corporate reorganizations and real estate syndications. He has provided litigation support services associated with complex financial disputes, damage calculations and matters involving executive compensation, violation of tax laws and financial loss resulting from personal injury.
Mr. Gross serves on the Marcum National Executive Committee as well as the Marcum National Management Committee.
