Michael Balter, Partner-in-Charge, Florida Region, Marcum LLP
Balter joined Marcum LLP as partner in charge last fall, after serving as office managing partner with McGladrey. He is the firm’s regional leader overseeing tax, assurance and advisory services to Marcum clients statewide. He is also responsible for operations and growth of the firm’s Florida business from offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
Balter earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Florida and his M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth South Florida and on the UF Accounting Advisory Board.
