Bumjin Park is a director in the Firm’s New York City Assurance Services department and a member of the SEC Practice Group. He specializes in providing assurance services to SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) clients for their SEC filings such as Form 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-4, F-4, S-8, 8-K, etc.
Prior to joining Marcum, Bumjin specialized in financial services industry and provided assurance services to mutual funds, private equity, and hedge fund clients.
He joined the Firm in 2021 and is fluent in Korean.
