About Frank
Frank Leonard is a senior advisor at Marcum, serving clients in the transportation sector. He has a multifaceted practice providing tax, attestation, valuation, and consulting services to businesses throughout their lifecycle.
Frank has assisted clients in obtaining tax-exempt bond financing and other financing through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. He has also helped clients navigate and obtain Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) refunds, and performed NEXUS studies for corporate clients.
In addition to tax and advisory services, he offers litigation support in matters concerning breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, complex accounting, and asset misappropriation, among others. He joined Marcum following its merger with McCarthy and Company.
