About Frank
Mr. Serreti has over 25 years of governmental accounting and auditing experience and has performed over 200 comprehensive single audit and consulting engagements for Massachusetts governments and school districts. He is also a member of our quality control team that is responsible for reviewing annual comprehensive financial reports before they are submitted to the Government Finance Officers Association’s award program.
Frank works to serve our Massachusetts local governments and school district clients and has extensive experience with the Massachusetts Division of Local Services certification of free cash, and excess and deficiency, as well as completing agreed-upon procedure engagements for school end-of-year financial reports and student activity accounts.
Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Serreti was a partner at Powers & Sullivan, LLC in Wakefield, MA and joined Marcum with a 2024 merger.
