Irene Nubla is a tax director at Marcum and the California leader for the Firm’s Trust & Estates practice, serving the greater Sacramento Valley, Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Orange County regions.

Ms. Nubla’s experience includes working as a CPA at several Big 4 and national accounting firms. She also worked as a business & tax attorney and real estate broker assisting her clients with a variety of business, real estate, and tax matters.

Ms. Nubla currently specializes in assisting high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses with estate, trust and gift tax compliance, trust and estate administration, and sophisticated estate planning techniques to reduce or eliminate estate tax.
