Jennifer Carro is director of client experience (CX) at Marcum, a Top 20 national accounting and business advisory services firm. Jennifer leads Marcum’s client experience program where she works in collaboration with, and serves as a resource to, firm leaders and associates in the development and execution of client retention activities and client experience enhancements.
