About Patricia

Patricia E. Williams is a partner in the Managed Human Resources Services group of the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She came to Marcum via the Firm’s merger with Raffa, P.C., one of the nation’s preeminent public accounting and business consulting firms, specializing in nonprofits.

Patricia has worked with nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years. She co-leads a team of 18 Human Resources professionals in Marcum’s Human Resources group.

Utilizing a strategic approach, Patricia helps clients develop policies and procedures that result in a more efficient human resources function and an improved ability to attract and retain quality talent. She has particular strength in facilitating productive collaboration between organization leaders and staff and is skilled in employee relations and engagement, mediation, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and policy development.

Patricia manages a team supporting clients in a variety of additional human resources related service areas including, training, compensation, human resources assessments, and payroll management.

Her previous experience includes roles as Human Resources director for Goodwill Industries International, director of Human Resources and Administration for the Public Welfare Foundation, and executive director of a local nonprofit serving young adults with learning disabilities.
