About Rashi

Rashi Ray is a partner in the Firm’s National Office and is responsible for auditor independence and conflict resolution.

In this role, Rashi advises the Firm’s client service teams and professionals on ethics and auditor independence requirements. She oversees consultations, training, communications, inspections, and policy development. Rashi identifies process improvement opportunities in these areas to make them more efficient. She has high client service standards and focuses on protecting the Firm’s brand and reputation.

Rashi has over 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, specializing in various auditor independence-related roles at a “Big 4” public accounting firm. She is a subject matter expert in auditor independence rules issued by the US regulatory and professional bodies.
