Robert Fiorentino, as assurance partner at Marcum, is a member of the Firm’s Life Sciences and Capital Markets practices. Rob has more than 35 years of experience in audit and business advisory services as well as private industry finance leadership. His private industry experience includes senior finance positions within corporate and various operating segments at a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Rob’s business advisory clients have ranged from private companies to smaller reporting public companies to well-established multinational public companies. He has an extensive concentration in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and has also served clients in the consumer products, advanced manufacturing, and various R&D-driven industries.

Rob specializes in private to public transactions ranging from traditional IPOs to reverse mergers/APOs, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He previously worked with a former “Big 6” firm.
