About Roger

Roger DeJong, a partner in Marcum’s Rochester, MI office, has 25 years of experience in public accounting. Roger provides consulting, accounting, tax, and attestation services to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. He also contributes to initiatives supporting the growth of the Firm’s assurance and employee benefit plan practices.

Roger’s experience spans all levels of assurance services for numerous industries, as well as experience with financial reporting (including on the GAAP, ERISA, special purpose, group or component, and statutory basis). His assurance skillset includes services performed in a group audit environment for European and Asian entities and in conjunction with various other offices on multiple continents. He also has an extensive background advising clients on taxation matters, management advisory services, merger and acquisitions, business startups, and cash flow and operational analyses.

Prior to joining the Firm, Roger was a partner of Croskey Lanni, PC, which merged with Marcum in 2024.
