About Romina
Romina Mameli is an audit director in Marcum’s Wakefield, MA office.
Ms. Mameli has over 20 years of governmental auditing and accounting experience. Ms. Mameli is knowledgeable in governmental accounting software systems used by municipalities along with QuickBooks and bill.com used by Charter Schools.
She specializes in clients who issue an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). These reports are submitted to the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting (COA); she has 12 of these engagements. She is also part of our team that establishes our auditing procedures and an in-house instructor for general government auditing requirements.
Prior to joining Marcum, Ms. Mameli was a partner at Powers & Sullivan, LLC in Wakefield, MA and joined Marcum with a 2024 merger.
