Louis Biscotti Joins Marcum LLP as National Food & Beverage Services Leader
New York City, NY – Louis J. Biscotti, CPA, MBA, CITP, the preeminent accounting specialist in the food and beverage industry, will join Marcum LLP on March 15, 2018. Mr. Biscotti becomes national leader of Marcum’s Food & Beverage Services group.
Nationally recognized as a food and beverage expert, Mr. Biscotti has guided numerous companies in various sectors of the industry through their development from small emerging entitles into large, high-value organizations. He is well-known as an entrepreneur and mentor, having founded a series of best practice forums for food and beverage executives which attract senior management from across the industry annually. He also conducts an annual food and beverage industry survey.
A frequent lecturer and published author on various financial and business topics, Mr. Biscotti is an active member of several professional and business organizations, including the Long Island Food Council, as well as many local chambers of commerce. He serves on several corporate advisory boards for his clients and is also an advisory board member at Molloy College.
Mr. Biscotti graduated from St. John’s University, where he is a former president of the Accounting Circle and a former Executive Advisory Board member. He received both a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Taxation from St. John’s.
