David Dyer is a director in the Firm’s Houston, Texas, Assurance department. He is well-versed in audit and business advisory services, serving U.S. public registrants, international reporting entities, and privately held companies. Mr. Dyer helps clients with financial reporting, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, comfort letters, and IPOs in various industries including oil and gas, biotechnology, financial services, distribution, manufacturing, mining, real estate, technology, and broker dealers.
His transactional concentration includes oil and gas acquisitions and dispositions (successful efforts and full-cost methods), foreign currency transactions, and debt restructuring.
Mr. Dyer joined Marcum in 2018 as the result of a merger with his predecessor firm, GBH CPAs, PC, where he had been since 2012.
