Robert DiSpaltro is an assurance director in Marcum’s New York City office. As a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Group, Robert provides a wide variety of services to public and privately held companies in the areas of accounting, auditing, and advisement on complex equity instruments, revenue recognition, and mergers & acquisitions. Robert is also a member of the Firm’s Digital Assets & Blockchain Technology group.

Robert primarily works with mid- to small-cap publicly traded companies across multiple industries including technology, digital assets and blockchain, and consumer products.

Robert is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New York and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
