Robert McGuinness is a partner in the Tax & Business Services division of the Firm’s New York City office. He has experience working closely with corporations and providing them with federal, state and local, and international tax compliance, accounting, planning, and controversy services.

He has extensive experience assisting clients with services including accounting for income taxes, corporate tax compliance, tax controversy support, and corporate tax planning. Throughout his career, he has served businesses of a variety of sizes, including Fortune 500 multinational enterprises, as well as companies in the initial stages of their development. He has served clients in numerous industries including industrial products, life sciences, retail, consumer products, and financial services.

Robert joined the Firm in 2020. Previously, he worked at a Big Four public accounting firm for close to 15 years where he gained significant experience assisting companies in the area of accounting for income taxes and various corporate taxation matters
