Glenn Anstead is a partner in the Managed Services – Information Technology Department in the Firm’s Rockville office. He came to Marcum via the Firm’s merger with Raffa, P.C., one of the nation’s preeminent public accounting and business consulting firms in the nation specializing in nonprofits.
Mr. Anstead is responsible for delivering technology solutions within the Financial Systems Group (FSG). The team he leads implements, optimizes, and maintains popular software systems including Sage/Intacct, JAMIS Prime; Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) Project Series, GP (Great Plains), and Dynamics 365.
Mr. Anstead is a former CFO with extensive experience in systems design and implementation, project management, strategic planning, government contract compliance, business analysis, financial management, and cost analysis. His clients are mainly organizations that receive government funding, including nonprofits subject to Uniform Grant Guidance and commercial government contractors subject to Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Prior to Marcum, Mr. Anstead was a project manager at two large international systems integrators and a CFO at a variety of Washington, D.C.-area organizations.
